Powered by a new generation 1.6-litre turbo SmartStream flat power engine with 150kW and 275Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, drive time has become play time.
A real power play
Overboost on the all-new i20 N increases maximum torque to an impressive 304Nm between 2,000 and 4,000rpm, and achieves maximum power between 5,500 and 6,000rpm. Peak power and torque over a range of engine RPM allows consistent and predictable thrust when driving day to day or on track.
The racing line
Inspired by the i20 Coupe WRC, the i20 N features a sleek aerodynamic silhouette that shouts both power and play.
A sports car inside and out
With N-specific elements including sports bucket seats, sports alloy pedals and sports steering wheel the i20 N looks and feels just like a sports car.
High performance driving features
Just like in a video game, the i20 N allows you to switch driving mode at the touch of a button. Choose from six individual drive modes: Eco, Normal, Sport, N, N Custom 1 and 2 settings to perfectly match the road or driving conditions. In Custom mode you decide the drive, saving your specs for engine response, steering feedback - rev matching, stability control and exhaust sound level. It’s your drive with your specific settings.
Fun at your fingertips
With N Grin Control System, Apple CarPlay [p1] and Android Auto [p2] connectivity the 10.25" multimedia display puts all the apps, entertainment and content you love accessing on your smartphone at your fingertips.

5 fun sized colours
The all-new i20 N comes in five exterior colours including the N signature Performance Blue livery, exclusive to Hyundai N models, and an optional Phantom Black roof for a two-tone style. Bold coloured accents further emphasise Hyundai’s motorsport DNA.
Variable exhaust with chrome tip
The single-outlet active variable exhaust has three settings, allowing the driver to select the ideal level of exhaust sound for the conditions – keep it subdued around town or allow the engine’s full vocal range to be enjoyed when the open road beckons. In Sports+, the throttle lifts and downshifts bring a thrilling volley of rasping crackles and pops that have to be heard to be appreciated.

[H2] Lifetime Service Plan
For the benefit of Hyundai owners, Hyundai provides online quotes, which specify the maximum price applicable for a vehicle's next scheduled maintenance service at a participating authorised Hyundai dealer and using Hyundai Genuine Parts (where required). Standard scheduled maintenance services are of limited scope. The benefit of online quotes is available for all Hyundai's, for their lifetime.
[H3] Premium Roadside Support Plan
12 months included Premium Roadside Support when you buy a new Hyundai vehicle from a participating authorised Hyundai Dealer or direct from Hyundai. For purchases of new IONIQ 5 V.3 and IONIQ 6 vehicles, Hyundai offers 24 months Premium Roadside Support. Premium Roadside Support commences from the date of the vehicle’s warranty commencement. When you have your Hyundai vehicle’s scheduled service at a participating authorised Hyundai dealer, you will receive 12 months of included Premium Roadside Support from the date of service (or 24 months from the date of service for IONIQ 5 V.3 and IONIQ 6 vehicles). [H4] Sat Nav Update Plan
Only applies to new vehicles with both 8” and 10.25” factory-fitted satellite navigation. Updates are delivered annually and are included if the vehicle completes a scheduled service at an authorised Hyundai Service Centre.
