Terms & Conditions:

  1. Eligible vehicles are campaigned models sold and RDA'd between 1st June and 30th June 2021 inclusive. To be eligible, vehicles must be RDA'd P or B or be onsold demonstrator/service loan.
  2. Eligible vehicles need to be RDA'd and registered within the same month. Please also refer to Sales Bulletin 19-102.
  3. The offer is limited to available stocks only (Dealer & Hyundai Motor Company Australia (HMCA) and no price protection or rainchecks are applicable.
  4. Fleet, including any HMCA additionally assisted fleet sales and rental sales, are not eligible under this campaign.
  5. On-sold dealer demonstrators and on-sold service loan vehicles will be paid the retail bonus automatically, with no fewer than 20% of claims being audited by the HMCA Audit Department. Claims not eligible will have their payments reversed.
  6. Retail Bonus payments will be paid automatically by HMCA upon RDA of the vehicle. Failure to adhere to the conditions of the campaign will result in bonuses not being paid.
  7. The campaign price is the recommended and maximum sale price only. Dealers are free to advertise at a lower price and there is no obligation to comply with the recommended retail price. For dealers to receive the applicable bonus they must actively support the HMCA campaign by promoting the offer within their area of responsibility. Dealers failing to conform to this condition will not be paid the campaign bonus.
  8. Sale Event (if applicable): All retail contracts must clearly note the respective additional discount on the customer retail contract, to avoid any further claims.
  9. Sale Event (if applicable): Any future customer claim will be referred to the Dealer. HMCA will seek to revoke applicable bonus from the Dealer for any claim against HMCA where the Dealer does not have a contract clearly indicating inclusion of a Cashback discount in the price of the car and signed Customer Acknowledgement and Waiver Form.
  10. Sale Event (if applicable): All Dealer advertising must be consistent with the theme of the Hyundai Sale Event and where applicable the HMCA campaign creative should be used for all Dealer advertisements
  11. Dealers should be conscious of the prohibition on bait advertising in Section 35 of Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010
  12. All bonuses quoted above are exclusive of GST
  13. Costs exclude optional Metallic/Mica paint or Accessories
  14. ABN Holders eligible for $1,500 ABN Bonus for iLOAD ONLY
    • ABN Holders are eligible to $1,500 ABN Bonus Applicable on iLOAD ONLY
    • Eligible to buyers who have a current valid ABN. This must added to the contract of sale.
    • Vehicle must be RDA’d and registered by 30th June 2021 in the ABN holders name using RDA TYPE “B” Business.
    • Dealer to maintain sales and ABN holders details for audit purposes.
  15. Hyundai Finance service offer terms and conditions:
    • “Eligible customers” (see below) will receive free scheduled maintenance (ie logbook) services at participating Hyundai dealers for:
      • the first 2 years; or
      • 20,000 or 30,000 km (depending on vehicle model)
        (whichever occurs first)
    • Eligible customers are those meeting the conditions below:
      • Buyer type: private & business buyers. Excludes government, rental and fleet buyers
      • Vehicle purchased: new and onsold demonstrator Venue, Kona, i30, Tucson, Santa Fe and Palisade. Excludes Kona EV and NX4 Tucson models.
      • Time period: new vehicle purchased during the promotion period (1st June 2021 to 30th June 2021) and Hyundai Finance from a participating Hyundai dealer settled before 30th June 2021.
    • Free scheduled maintenance services must be redeemed within specified service windows and are of limited scope. Service window commences from the time when the eligible vehicle is RDA’d (ie not from when a demonstrator is then onsold).

    • HMCA will receive a list of approved finance contracts from Hyundai Capital on eligible vehicles.
    • HMCA will load free scheduled maintenance services against the eligible vehicles in the warranty system.
    • Eligible customers will receive a letter in their welcome pack confirming the details of the offer.
    • Eligible customers are those meeting the conditions below:
      • Buyer type: private & business buyers. Excludes government, rental and fleet buyers.
      • Vehicle purchased: new and onsold demonstrator Venue, Kona, i30, Tucson, Santa Fe and Palisade. Excludes Kona EV and NX4 Tucson models.
